Let your mouthpiece soak in a mixture of cold water and a certified cleaning solution for 10 minutes. After soaking, rinse with cold water and allow the mouthpiece to air dry before use.
Only use cold water and a certified cleaning solution – see “what is a certified cleaning solution”.
Avoid:
- Hot water
- Harsh cleaners
- Abrasive brushes or cleaning pads
Do not heat, use harsh cleaners, or cut or trim your mouthpiece as this could make it unsafe for use and compromise its effectiveness.
Store the device at 15-30°C (59-86°F), in a dry place.
