We understand that your Credit Card is being rejected for an unknown reason and there should not be any issues with the use of the card as you have used it recently without issue. This is most likely due to your CC company blocking your purchase of our product as it is considered an international transaction, and we are located within Canada, so it is blocking it based on this. A quick call to your CC company can usually clear up this issue and once it is cleared up you can try to replace your order.
